Where do I start. I’m not sure if this location is struggling financially or what but this is not run like normal Boston markets. My food was given to me in a generic unmarked plastic bag that says thank you. There’s no Boston market logo in sight. The food was inside of a white styrofoam container instead of Boston markets usual black containers with plastic tops. The food was not good. The chicken tasted like it was made yesterday and reheated. It was dry and tough. It was also too salty. I fed it to my dog. The macaroni wasn’t the brands usual spiral noodles, it was elbow macaroni with watery cheese sauce. I had my order refunded and I will never return to this location.

The place is now privately owned. The lady at the register with the piercing in her lip is not friendly and should not be up front. The cook guy is such a great person. The food has changed not same ingredients or quality. I will not be returning.

I wondering what happened to Boston Market. I was excited to find out there's one left and drove across town because I really enjoyed dining there. Unfortunately, my excitement turned to disappointment once I received my food. It definitely was not what I remember. The meatloaf did not taste the same. My fiancé's chicken was dry. The mac and cheese was bland. Not what I expected or remember from Boston Market. I suppose nothing good lasts forever.

It's too far away. Only Boston Market store left in Houston. They've moved all their efforts to the Middle East, where they can charge 3-5 times higher prices for chicken than they charge in the U.S.

My daughter used to work at one store in Willowbrook, and it was GR8 picking up meals there. Their lemonade was second to Chick-fil-a and loved picking up sides for Thanksgiving...😎

The food (sides) didn’t look appealing, it looked like it had been there all day. Not enough food for price. The Turkey was great per my husband.

I really used to love Boston Market, but this was a real disappointment. I stopped here because there are none near me, and I haven't had the food in years. The food was nothing like I remember. The mashed potatoes tasted weird, way off, almost had like a soapy paper taste. The mac and cheese was so watery and runny. Corn bread was dry and tasted old. The chicken was so bland. I'm not sure if it's just this location or they changed all their recipes over the years, but this was not worth it. The staff was super friendly though.

I used to be able to count on Boston Market. The mashed potatoes tasted artificial and the cream spinach was just a blob of spinach. It definitely wasn’t creamy nor fresh. The chicken was dry and salty. The cornbread was old and dry. I didn’t even bother with the sweet potato casserole because it looked watery and disgusting. I really should have walked out but I was pressed for time.

Came here to see if it was the same as it was from years ago. The serve didn’t have any gloves on while preparing the plates. A random man in shorts just started to help her box up foods. The place didn’t have working soda machines and or gallons of tea or anything.

Its been a long time since I've been at a Boston market. I know a lot have closed over the years. So I was glad to see this one opened. I went to my signature turkey carver combo. The bun has changed and the mashed potatoes tasted different. But the food was still good. Place was clean and the staff was nice. They were out of fountain drinks but had dr pepper. I will come again. Hope it stays open.

I saw this location was opened and was very happy!! Oh, how I thought I missed them. I ordered (2) 1/2 chicken dinners. This was the worst food I'd ever had from them. The chicken was so salty, I could not eat it, the macaroni was watery & bland & the gravy for the mash potatoes was barely a spoon size. $40.03 wasted. Should have went across the street to McDonald's, at least I'd been able to get a large fountain drink with two meals for half the price. Just yuck ?. The best thing about this place is the customer service.

Love The food at Boston Market. Always fresh and the food is like home cooked meals. Sad to find out on my resent visit that there is only ONE location remaining in Houston. Hope that the one that is still open, stays open. Try Boston Market it is worth the money..
