Unfortunately did not enjoy this IHG stay. The hotel is quite dated. The staff was not very friendly. The breakfast menu was simple and lacking flare. The location was great, and the shuttle operator was extremely helpful and a good driver. The rooms, bathroom, hallways and lobby was quite dated.
Hotel is conveniently located near the airport with a gas station right across the street. However, the neighborhood and surrounding area are suspect. The staff was very nice but a little slow with service. The rooms appear to have been recently updated, and the bed was comfortable. The shower didn't have very good water pressure. The AC/heater is still the old-fashioned floor unit beneath to get the window but it did the job. My main gripe about my stay was similar to...
