The food was spectacular, better than United lounge at IAH, fresh fruit, meaty sandwiches, yogurt, hummus, pita, crackers, meaty chicken wings, rice corn, chicken shishkabob, homemade rice crispy treats, giant cookies, reeses peanut butter crisp cakes, brie cheese, chicken noodle soup, great snack bar and chips selection, great drink selection, i stuck with Makers Mark and blue moon woth orange and my gf stuck with pinoit grigio...highly recommend
Very disappointed in coffee service…no machines for lattes or cappuccinos.
Had to ask for cups and glasses.
Air was somewhat hot.
Lounge not sign posted, had to ask KLM staff where it was. No one checked by boarding pass any could walk in. Food very average. Staff spent more time talking amongst themselves than serving guests. All in all worst lounge in my time travelling.
This the worst lounge I’ve ever been! No food, drink service or as Ames’s! Filthy place!
First challenge is in finding the lounge. It says it’s open from 1pm but it opened at 110 (on 1/26). Food is very average, and it looks like the place had not been upgraded for few years. Not bad, but just that it can definitely be better.
I can't comment on the service, so five stars, but this has to be one of the most archaic, dilapidated lounges with horrendous lighting, old tried seating, lack of charging stations. It is just an awful, depressing space to spend two hours in before a long international flight.

Worst lounge I've been too. No toilets!!! Food choice is so random, slider buns (is what the sign said) with nothing in them, next to humas (no way to make a sliders). Nowhere near the BA gate so give your self 15mins. No champagne, they did find a old bottle but was flat, no more available. Joke of a lounge.

The BA lounge at Houston's George Bush Airport serves its purpose, but it may benefit from enhancements when evaluated against the nearby United Polaris lounge.
Areas for Improvement:
- The decor and overall appearance appear somewhat dated.
- The buffet selection is limited, offering a modest variety of hot and cold items, which could be expanded for a more diverse experience.
- During peak hours, locating a comfortable seating option can prove to be a challenge.
Positive Aspects
- The staff members at the lounge consistently demonstrate friendliness and a willingness to assist guests.
- WiFi is good.
While the lounge meets basic comfort needs, it does not match the standards of the United Polaris lounge. An investment in significant updates to this space could greatly enhance the experience for premium passengers.

New location. Now by D5. No windows. No bathrooms. Some eats, but mostly snacks, bar. Not a nice space. Hopefully temporary.

Very friendly and helpful service and staff. Order drinks and snacks from your mobile or from the attendants. Cozy little lounge.
