The bread was fresh and delicious, our portion sizes was extremely HUGE! No wait in line! (AWESOME) Serena was such a great witness.Great personality! Would definitely come back!

Kid-friendliness: Kids meals were actually large as well.

The cheese ravioli with meat sauce was pretty tasty and the garlic bread was nicely toasted and warm. Our server was professional, courteous, and helpful. My boys liked it, so mark another option for dinner. Yay

The attention from the waitress was attentive and they served quickly. The pasta is very good.

We did not know about the family style meals. It was great tho, we had chicken parm and eggplant parm with noodles both Marinara and Alfredo. The bread was delicious. It was a more food than we needed but it was good.

We made a reservation so that we could stay on time for the graduation we needed to get to at a certain time. We were told when we arrived that the table was being cleaned, and we were seated 15 minutes late. We ordered right away and my daughter was barely able to eat anything given how long it took to get food. We knew it was going to be an issue when the lobby was packed right before we were seated. When we walked back to our table there must have been six or seven tables we passed that could have accommodated our group, so I'm not sure why we were kept waiting so long. We made our reservation at Buca because they are usually so great about handling large groups, but I was disappointed this time.

Great quality food

We went for Mother's Day. Everyone I talked to raved about the place. This being my first experience I was excited. There was decent parking and we got right in and they accommodated 2 last minute additions to our party. Unfortunately that's where the good news stopped. After that everything else was subpar at best. Wait staff wasn't very attentive. There was only a handful of occupied tables in our section (3 of 6) and they were a 4 top, 6 top, and our 8 top. The waiter took for ever to get drinks delivered. Food came out inconsistent. Our chicken park cutlets we're just above room temp almost touching cold in some spots, everyone else's food seemed hot that came to our table... food was staggered in the delivery spanning 10 or so minutes. I was expecting better quality on the chicken park considering 3 cutlets with no pasta is pushing $30 for the order. The waiter misheard our appetizer order and tried to bring us the wrong thing even after we got our mains and we're packing up to leave. He didn't take the mistake off of the check before bringing it. When brought to his attention he took the ticket and said he would fix it, came back to our section 10 minutes later picked up the other check at our table and the check at the table next to us. Approximately 5-10 minutes after that he brought back the check that the other parties paid and finally brought me my adjusted check. Took him another 7 minutes to bring me my copy to sign. So took a solid 20-25 minutes just get pay and get out. I won't be coming back because for the price of everything and the quality of food and service... it just seemed way over rated.

I really loved the experience! The portions are big so we were able to share. Works out because I never finish food myself haha. But I loved the food and just the style of the restaurant.

Daughter's birthday. Called it out in the reservation and To the waiter. No extra effort, no little birthday surprise, just nothing. $10 for Garlic bread? Chicken Parm was meh, the pasta was over cooked and the Booth where we were seated was broken.

Fantastic food and service.

I stopped in here because it was within walking distance of my hotel. I’m so glad I did. Even tho it is a family style restaurant ( that I didn’t realize when walking in), they were so accommodating. They sat me at the bar so I wasn’t in a huge booth by myself. Sterling was my server. He made recommendations that were great. He was training someone and still took great care of me.This was a fantastic experience

We enjoyed our meal and will definitely come back. Mary our server took great care of us and all the food looked, smelled, and tasted fresh like it was homemade.

Can't remember the last time we got fresh out of the oven bread at Buca's. Today we did and it was AMAZING. I call great service if I don't have to ask for tea etc... if the server 'sees' the need and does it without me asking, otherwise, it's only good service. The chicken limone as always, was delicious!

Great place to share a meal! Every food item is meant to be sheared. A small feeds 3 people and large feeds 5; is what they say and I agree. The place is a little cramped, so I wouldn’t come here with a big family also the food isn’t life changing but it was pretty good. The staff was friendly. Definitely a recommend if you wanna have Italian 2 days in a row, because you’ll have leftovers!
