Attempted to give them another shot and what an absolute disaster. LARGE JUMBO POPCORN CHICKEN and fries and drink $10.87. Each item being actually SMALLER THAN McDonalds "medium". except for the drink,, if you need a gallon drink then have at it. Long wait in line, for a simple item that goes into the fryer and out into the box. CHICKEN BITES WERE HARD AS A ROCK, Fries were mushy and tasted like garbage one would microwave at home. This location is a disaster. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY...

Spent $47 for the following: A. Burgers were cold and soggy. B. Onion Rings were cold and the coating was falling off. C. Ordered two fries and they were omitted from order. D. Called establishment and spoke with the manager on duty (2-8-24). Her best solution was to come by and pick up the fries. I told her that this order was placed for my students and that it was impossible to leave campus and come to Sonic. E. For this to be a restaurant supported by customers, the overall experience was absolutely deplorable.

Came here with some friends to get some ice cream. We parked at a stall and ordered, 3 different blast. Waited 20 min and I hit the red button again and they said they were almost done. We waited 20 more min and I hit the button again and they asked to take my order. I said I was still waiting on the ice creams and they said they were coming. Waited 5 more minutes, then went to the drive through. After 5 minutes of the drive thru not moving I just left. Hadn't been in a while and will never go again

They mess up my order every time I come here. The people they have working are incompetent. They barely speak English. I ordered a hot fudge Sunday and it was just ice cream only in a cup. I ordered a Reese's peanut butter cup sonic blast with extra Reese's and they didn't put extra. This is the 3rd time in a row this has happened. I would NEVER recommend this establishment!

I love Sonic but this is the worse location I have ordered from. I ordered from here twice through GrubHub. The first time my order was cancelled. The second time my food was horrible. I ordered a Coney combo and all of the food looked like it was a few days old. The fries was very old and cold. The wiener in the Coney was hard. I ordered a Route44 drink and got a medium drink that was a blueberry drink instead of a limeade slush. I just threw the food out because I didn't want to get sick. This location either needs new management or should be closed down because based on the food I received, I know that kitchen isn't sanitary.

we ordered in the app and waited in a stall. it took 40 min for us to get our drinks. they were definitely short on staff because when we lost patients and went to ask what the issue was there were only 2 people in the kitchen. Extra star because the food was correct and the were friendly and apologetic.

This place has roaches, rats and mold on their food. No one uses gloves when they handle the food. For pics and proof look @iamstarhgalore on Instagram. They posted all the videos and picks of the inside of this unacceptable place. Please report to health department

How does this location stay open. Terrible service. The supervisor should be fired along with the workers. Came in at 940pm with two cars in front of me. Took almost an hour and female said it was because she was only worker. I could see other guys in there wiping their hands on their aprons like they were working . Rude female cashier charged me but didn't charge lady waiting behind me that waited less time, probably because they're sistas or something, not sure. Then she got upset that she forgot to provide my drink, cheese sauce and mayonnaise. Can't wait to see this location permanently closed!

Waited 35 mins for an order thag never came out. 3 employees in the back by the trash can smoking weed. You're better off going to the grocery store buying the items then cooking them as opposed to coming here.

Incredibly slow service. Several people waited more than 20-30 minutes for one drink. They should shut this place down or fire everyone.

If i could i would give 0 , terrible service . They always take long , you can see people just standing around and talking inside , pull up to the window to a girl who just says total and close the window.

Waited 20 mins with only 3 cars in the stalls. Manager had an attitude when I asked if I was forgotten about. Had a bigger attitude when I asked for ketchup after my food was brought.

Using the Sonic App for this location defeats the purpose of the entire process. This location customer service sucks and the service is beyond slow.

The worst sonic! I went during the 1/2 price happy hour to get 2 cherry limeades with our meals. Preordered through the app and after waiting in the stall for 10 minutes, I buzzed in to make sure they knew I was here. She said yes however they are out of cherry limeades, no biggie, I said ok, change to strawberry then. She was like, no, we are out of all limeades! A little confused, I was like ok then just take them off. She said we can't because you preordered. So I ended up with soft drinks. How the heck does Sonic run out of limeades?! Isn't that what you go to sonic for?
