One of the best food trucks
It was good tacos for once in a long time
Conveniently located on the side of a shell gas station, this truck did not disappoint. I ordered fanta, (big enough for two people) pupusa and a birria taco plate and they were all delicious. The meal was made to order and was so flavorful. The green salsa was nice and hot too. I will return.

Taqueria Tumax (Food Truck) offers a delightful dining experience with its flavorful menu. The Birrias and Elote are standout dishes, praised for their exceptional taste and reasonable pricing. The Fajita Tacos and Verde sauce receive high acclaim, while the Quesabirras, Quesadillas, and Elote are also highlights. The food quality more than makes up for the slightly cold service, earning the establishment high ratings overall. Customers praise the excellent tacos, service, and prices, with the food truck located behind a gas station near the airport. The Tortas are also noted as incredible, and the friendly staff and convenient location add to the overall positive experience.
