Overall, the food was good, but not great. The service was good, but not great. It was really warm in the restaurant, too. We picked this place because of comments we had read online about this restaurant and were expecting music, and a livelier atmosphere and we were a bit disappointed by that. I ordered the Masitas de Puerco and the meat was a bit dry. My husband ordered the Gaucho and barely touched his plate. The white rice and black beans tasted really good, though. The appetizers were on point. While the overall experience was a 4, I doubt we'll make the drive into town to eat here again although we'd be more inclined to revisit for a drink or two and some appetizers if we were in the general area.
We paella and charrascco steak. Both were average. Fun looking place and above average service.
The AC wasn't working properly which made for a very sweaty evening with the place packed and all the dancing we did.
Confortable seating, great ambiance, live music and the Habanero maker on weekends were a super plus addition to our celebration dinner. Will recommend this unique restaurant.
Came here on a Sunday 6pm with family. Few to no people, i understand being Sunday probably just off peak. One server with 3 tables to wait the whole time. Barely seen her and took ages to order food/get check as she was missing. Im sure the ambience is better with the music etc but when business is slow service team needs to contribute some kind of energy. Food: Empanadas delicious. All mains especially pollo con arroz was incredibly salty. Felt bad after eating it due to that.
Babysitter during Saturday night = DATE NIGHT! Perfect Date Night = Cuban food, live music and hand rolled cigars at Buena Vista on Saturday Nights! Looking forward to coming back again!
Beautiful esthetics but the service went down hill once the server made a huge mistake on pricing. The manager was good but the servers reaction and attitude left much to be desired.
Delicious dinner. Masitas de Puerco was fantastic. Rekindled memories of my childhood with my Tia making Sunday dinners. We will be back.
We visited on Valentine's Day, but we did not know it was a special menu. Unfortunately, all our dishes were dry and overcooked. We only enjoyed the crab meat croquettes. For the price, it was truly a disappointment.
Celebrated a birthday here and had a wonderful time. Great for a large group looking to have fun. The band was awesome, the food was great, the drinks were amazing, and the service was outstanding. Definitely a place to go if you love Latin Vibes!

I love Cuban food. This place is always clean and beautiful. Love the music and the staff was so kind and friendly
Th manager Pedro was great, attentive even though they were full and busy. Waitress Paola was very kind and helpful . Will be back.
We celebrated my husband's birthday here and it was a wonderful experience. Food was delicious, service was outstanding. There was great music but not so loud you couldn't enjoy a conversation. The overall vibe was very chill and was exactly what we were looking for. Parking was also a breeze with the parking garage located directly behind the restaurant. We will definitely be back!
Been to Buena Vista a few times and every time been great! This past weekend, it took 1 full hour to get appetizers and our meal 1 hour and 20 minutes. Our drinks were wrong and the bartender didn't know how to make the cocktail. Food quality was just okay! What happened!
This was our first visit. The food was authentic and excellent. Service was exceptional. We can't wait for our next visit.
