Sat at the bar, bartender was great her name started with a K. She was handling everything. And the staff team work checking on each other and making sure all the customers were good was great to see.

I love the food at BWW, but gave this review one star because the service was very poor. Our waitress repeatedly forgot items and my wife's food came 5+ minutes after mine. When I expressed my concerns about the service our apathetic waitress said that the other waitress didn't show. To me, that didn't seem like a good excuse because we arrived just before 5pm when there were only a handful of tables to serve. The food was good, but it wasn't enough to justify more than two stars because the awful service ruined our experience.

what is the point of a restaurant if their food is not good? The food was so bad. Overtly salted wings, sauces were bad. the only thing i liked was the passion fruit nojito. pretzels were ok.

Waited literally 30 mins for a drink while I watched my Waitresses keep checking back woth the Bartender, while the Bartender laugh and joke with his customers at the Bar and reserve them , he has No common courtesy for the Waitresses and their Customers. The second time here, I figured I would give them a chance after the first mishap. The waitress was rude, and the food was cold after waiting 45min with only 10-15 patrons in the entire building. Will never go back to this location.

BE AWARE CUSTOMERS!This review is really to just warn customers and management that our car was broken into at this location. Can’t believe it but hey, Houston is HORRIBLE right now. Happened around 8:20pm-9:30pm, I’ll be getting any camera footage and see if I can find the one responsible.Parking: CAR got BROKEN INTO.

Worst BWW branch I ever visited, service is poor, the host at the door is rude, appetizers arrived after main course, wings were stale & rubbery, ordered 20 wings but only received 15, didn’t get any celery sticks with the order although I made the order for them, Gaucamole was bland with no seasoning whatsoever…!!! Owner of the branch should be notified so he can take action with appointed managers in charge
