I love the food at BWW, but gave this review one star because the service was very poor. Our waitress repeatedly forgot items and my wife's food came 5+ minutes after mine. When I expressed my concerns about the service our apathetic waitress said that the other waitress didn't show. To me, that didn't seem like a good excuse because we arrived just before 5pm when there were only a handful of tables to serve. BE AWARE CUSTOMERS!This review is really to just warn customers and management that our car was broken into at this location. Can’t believe it but hey, Houston is HORRIBLE right now. Happened around 8:20pm-9:30pm, I’ll be getting any camera footage and see if I can find the one responsible.Parking: CAR got BROKEN INTO.
