I went to watch the Real Madrid game and I ask the server if they could put it on before we got seated and they said said and than refuse to put the game on bad service very rude servers one of them would make face when they pass by the table because I ask her multiple times

Zarianna or wtv her name is, is horrible. She was laughing telling her coworkers she didn’t give us refills and didn't give us good service but then when someone from our group walked up to her to pay she stayed silent. We ordered wings and fries but the fries literally took 45 minutes to come out AFTER we were done eating and the food was cold. Makes no sense to be receiving our fries and check as the same time. She’s a joke

Service is the worst, when you call they take forever to answer and to top it of they get the orders wrong it’s been about 3-4 times we get our wrong and whenever you tell the staff they seem to get upset..

Party of 10, 3 arrived at 2:45. The others arrived at 3. Didn’t start getting our food till 3:45. Then we had to beg for all our drink orders and retell the waitress what we had ordered. Then she blamed the fact our service was so horrible, was because there was only 1 cook. So the cook can’t read??? Where was our order?? Why did we have to repeatedly tell the waitress who took our order what we had? My Mother n law didn’t even get her food! We had to what for her burger to be cooked, it is now 4:15. Damn! I wasn’t planning on camping out here. WILL NOT BE BACK! I do not recommend food was not worth the wait Oh wait we took my mother n laws food off the tab. Leaving at 4:30

Absolutely terrible worst Buffalo Wild Wings!!!!Waitress was awesome She was training someone she fixed and took off a bunch of stuff on our ticket because of the kitchen Took two hours to get all of our food wings were burnt and cold sandwich that was ordered didn’t have any mayonnaise or pickles it even said it on the menu that that’s what it would come with the kitchen Had no idea what they were doing the place needs a new manager !!!The lady that brought our appetizers threw down our food twice because she was pissed off that we asked for ranch if you don’t like your job then leave. Don’t recommend this place.

The absolute worst experience! Was seated at a table for over 20mins. No server. No drink order taken. Nothing. I explained my situation to another server who told me that he would take my order if he couldn’t locate my server. Ten minutes later there were 3 servers having a round table discussion about whose table it was. So now we’re approaching the 30 minute mark without so much as a glass of water. Finally decided to leave. Service 0/5. Do not recommend!

Currently sitting here, waiting 30 minutes for a drink. Nobody is here, manager come up tried to make excuses. Abysmal service and to top it off, after another 30 minutes they came out and said they are out of mango habanero. Never had an experience like this anywhere.

I ordered boneless wings with a side of fries. When I received the fries, I only got (no joke) 10 fries on the plate. I paid around 4 dollars for 10 fries. The wings were so salty as well. I would not recommend.
