THEY DID MY WINGS JUST HOW I ORDERED THEM !
I was disappointed with the experience.
When the staff showed us to our table, we felt good and thought they were going to take care of us. But after that, nobody came to take our order. We had to call someone and were told, “Someone else will come and take your order.” We waited again, and finally someone came.
After placing the order, we waited around 45 minutes for the food. That wait was really frustrating, especially when you’re hungry and sitting there...read full review

The wings were good, but there was a hair in one of the burgers.

Buffalo Wild Wings may have staffing issues, as multiple customers have reported slow service even when the restaurant is not busy. The food and drinks are great, including boneless wings and fries, but they can take a long time to arrive. The wings are flavorful and offered in wet style and dry options. The lemon pepper wings with wedges were a favorite. The portion size of the fries has been questioned. The atmosphere has improved, with the place being cleaner and more welcoming. The restaurant is located in a plaza with parking and has wheelchair accessibility. It is very calm, with TVs around, making it more suitable for adults, though the place is kid-friendly. Service can be lacking, with the bartender getting distracted and wait staff hardly paying attention. However, the staff can be phenomenal, good, and kind. Overall, service and food consistency may still vary at Buffalo Wild Wings.
