It's been a while since I ate at this location and I'm surprised by the great service, they were fast and friendly and just overall clean store. Defenetly making this my store.
Great service everyone I’ve come, the food is amazing compared to other chipotles I’ve tried, I will return!
During the afternoon this place is great, but dont go after 8pm, operations start shutting down. They close at 11pm but turn off the grills and stoves bout 3 hours before, they are constantly out of protein, this appears to be a common issue on the east side of houston, go to any other location and they are busy till about 1hour before closing, but all the locations on the east side start cleaning and closing up 3 hours before 11pm

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a good all-around joint with fresh food and polite staff. The employees are friendly and working hard, serving a variety of delicious food. The service is fast and helpful for all customers. The barbacoa and brisket bowl are highly recommended and considered awesome by many customers. However, some customers have noticed that portions are smaller than expected. Some areas, particularly the food serving stations and dining area, would benefit from a deep cleaning. The chicken can sometimes be disappointing. Despite these concerns, the staff are recognized for their kindness and understanding, making the dining experience pleasant.
