Done with this place. Ordered food for delivery and this is the second time they just cancelled the order. When I finally got through the automated system they had no answer except that's the system for you.

I have been going here for years as its close by my house however I went there a few weeks ago and that will be the last time I go. This issue is recent as I noticed a change in a lot of staff who were much more mature several months ago to young kids who have no business dealing with customers now. They have kids who don't care and have no respect for customers, who pay their wages, "managing". This is the 3rd time I place my order on the app and the food is not ready within 10 mins of when it says it will be. The worst part is , I arrived 10 mins after the pickup time and they had not even STARTED my order and there was just one person in line ordering and one person making orders. NOT busy! The other staff were playing around laughing and laughed at customers, including myself, who came in for pickup yet their orders weren't even started. It was 4 behind me that encountered the same situation when they came in to pickup and yet we all patiently waited. That didn't matter as the other staff didn't bother to help the line to start the orders that were behind. By the time I got my order, 25 mins past the set pickup time, several walk-ins had already gone through the line and got their orders. So I was better off just walking n and ordering. The online ordering is a joke at this point. Clearly understaffed and incompetent staff who don't understand their bad customer service will cost them business. Worst part is I had already added a tip when I ordered online. Just for some punk kids with an attitude and no respect to laugh in my face. And the customer service thinks giving me a free guac and chips is a "fix". Well my fix is not to go there again. I will drive to the next one, no problem.

Arrived today at 8:10pm got to the front of the line at 8:15 to which I was told there was no vinaigrette available and I was prepared for that however there was little to nothing on the line. Little chicken, no veggies,little rice and 4 bags of chips left. There was no rush or anything but the options on the line were very limited. I’ll be returning because this location is the closest to me but we have to do better. Mind you it was 8:15 and they close at 11pm

Sent the wrong food. The food was very cold, and they sent the wrong drink. I paid nearly $50 for my order and got an entirely different order. I ordered a coke, two quesodillas with guacamole, sour cream, and beans. They sent some wadded up lettuce and chicken in foil as well as a bowl of cheese and chicken COLD without a fork to even eat it. I'm very displeased. This was my only meal for the next day or so due to work. I'm done with this location.

FOOD POISONING. I had a chicken burrito bowl from Chipotle on Tuesday night, and unfortunately, it led to a distressing experience. Within 10 minutes of consumption, I felt extremely unwell. I experienced severe symptoms of diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and intense stomach pain that persisted through the night, robbing me of sleep. Even days later, on Thursday night, I'm still feeling the aftermath, unable to eat anything since that fateful meal. This experience has been highly distressing and has significantly affected my well-being. I hope for better attention to food safety and quality control to prevent such incidents in the future.

I ordered off online , first of all why make me pay so much for a kids meal and only give me rice and beans ??? WHERES THE REST for my son and it’s sad , I could’ve got a whole bowl for him at this price , couldn’t give me a refund on anything kept telling me go jus get a number and call , a damn shame I hope they close down this nasty store Fr , and I’m not talking about attitude it was literally nasty

Disappointed in this location, the items are never fresh, especially the guacamole. It looks like they don't want to make a fresh batch in the morning and they use whatever was left the night before. I know fresh guac is not supposed to look like this!

I arrived at the restaurant around 8:20 pm and there was not that many people in line. Place was semi clean. Food was running very low and they were moving extremely slow. They did not greet or say hello. They were cooking more grilled vegetables and some chicken. The problem was I got all the way to the end of the line before they mentioned they were out cheese. They stated there was no one available to shred the cheese. No substitute, no discount, just a simple we don’t have it. It was suggested to the cashier to ask management why there was not enough meal prep for the remainder of the shift? It’s a Saturday night, one out of two of the busiest days on the weekend. Cheese is a main ingredient we enjoy on our burritos. For $28 on food this is unacceptable. Someone she be held accountable. I will not be returning to this location. Out of courtesy to the customer, once it was observed the condiment wasn’t available any longer the customer should have been given that option at the beginning of the line. I asked the cashier how long the cheese had been out and he stated over thirty minutes. I stood in line for 15 minutes so you had prior knowledge beforehand. Where’s the customer service? Poor management and poor customer service training has led the company to a poor review and also a loss of two customers. Do better please and please remember to put all of the food in the bag as well. We got home and realized part of our order was missing. That just confirms we definitely are not going back to this location.
