I've never really made a complaint but I went now for a large hot Carmelo latte coffee and when they charged me they made a mistake they put caramel frappe and the person who was serving was maybe upset and I kindly looked at the receipt which was 4.64 x oh well they charged and they didn't He was obviously asking for a refund, not only did I tell him that the girl who was hot was wrong and she said what I'm doing is not her thing, super ugly, also her voice and I answered very...read full review
I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent order. Despite my request to substitute a chicken patty, I received loose food order in my husbands salad bag hot cake breakfast. Additionally, I was charged for an extra biscuit. I expect my orders to be taken and bagged correctly in the future. This type of service is unacceptable.
