I came to the restaurant to use a code in my Mc Donald’s app they have people at the cash register that do not speak and form of English so the girl messed up my order I ask her to call a manager to correct it they all laughed in my face cause they all acted like they couldn’t understand me and I speak will English! So they charged my card and didn’t give me my order cause I didn’t have a receipt! This is so unprofessional and ghetto! How can you take someone order and then act as tho you don’t remember talking they order and acting like you don’t understand basic English! I have the charge on my card

I've never really made a complaint but I went now for a large hot Carmelo latte coffee and when they charged me they made a mistake they put caramel frappe and the person who was serving was maybe upset and I kindly looked at the receipt which was 4.64 x oh well they charged and they didn't He was obviously asking for a refund, not only did I tell him that the girl who was hot was wrong and she said what I'm doing is not her thing, super ugly, also her voice and I answered very ugly... just like how you guys work there and sometimes we have a bad day. Let's go and consume. We also have bad days and I'm not going to take away my anger with anyone or my frustrations with anyone. I think we deserve respect just like you deserve it. Then you complain. People respond ugly to the back… be careful and in bad weather have a good face….

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent order. Despite my request to substitute a chicken patty, I received loose food order in my husbands salad bag hot cake breakfast. Additionally, I was charged for an extra biscuit. I expect my orders to be taken and bagged correctly in the future. This type of service is unacceptable.
