AJ hooked up my friend in front of me just to have their coworker, Gregory, make my food and put barely anything in my burrito and pick out the driest bits of pulled pork for me after I watched AJ dig to the bottom of the hot well for my friend and make sure it was a fat stack of meat. told him I didn't want it if he wasn't going to make me a reasonable amount of food like my friend got. he did nothing to try to make it right and I was unable to stop anywhere else because they took the time I had. he was also hesitant to give me his name like he knew he done wrong. 0/10. DO NOT STOP HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE CHEATED BY GREGORY!!!

Menu prices are significantly higher in store versus what is shown online(for airport location). When questioned about it, the staff told me I should be expected to pay more because I was at the airport. They were extremely rude.

I go this Bullritos often and when I say the service here is amazing and I fly often for work and I go for breakfast and lunch I see one make a false comment saying the manager refused to server a breakfast bowl I’m pretty sure if you’re regulars you know the menu and you know they sell breakfast burritos and taco not breakfast bowls so why make a comment saying someone refused when they don’t sell bowls for breakfast but for lunch I would if he only commented that because the manager is young African American women and I love Bullritos and I love manager and the staff there they’re always kind and sweethearts to me and I have never seen them refusing to sell anyone even when guest are literally screaming and being rude to them they keep they’re composure and smile Thank you Bullritos for being here for us and I’m sorry that guys have to deal with rude and self-centered guest and entitled people

I typically eat here on my way thru the airport. Due to the person behind the counter I chose to eat somewhere else in this visit. She was wearing a white shirt to I assume a manager. I asked for the contents of a breakfast burrito to be put in a bowl instead of in a tortilla. She told me that she could not do that because a bowl wasn’t an option for breakfast. The stack of container was literally sitting in the counter. I tried explaining a second time that it was a burrito but without a tortilla and she again refused….so I took my business elsewhere.
They charge $1 for a cup of water, not a bottle but a cup!!

There was no steak cooking or any available. The refried beans do not have much if any seasoning. The guacamole is just mashed avocado, so also nearly flavorless.

I ordered a bowl from them, the lady gave me a little bit of rice. I asked her for more rice she said it will be $2.19 I’m like there’s no way. I got the meat and toppings and then when I went to eat it I was really only eating meat. Hardly any rice. How you charge extra for rice, for small little grains especially when the bowl is already expensive in the first place.

Not sure what has happened since it was never great, but was a quick option in terminal B. Instead you get to pay .79 for bland unseasoned grilled onions less drink choices (no iced tea) and overly bland food. I got the nachos figuring the queso can make it bearable I was sadly mistaken.
Steak - bland Queso - super bland Onion - unseasoned Salsa - tastes like tomatoes and that's about it Pico - quite sad Spanish rice - how is this more bland than white rice? Chips - ok but can't make up for the sad toppings
20 bucks for something to eat that unless you like no flavor will leave you sad.
Service was quick otherwise I would have rated it even lower a spot I have to take off my emergency list to grab a bite from at the airport.
