From placing an over the phone order, to the atmosphere when I got there, to the price and to the actual taste of the food I gotta give this a 1.5
Ordering over the phone: I understand there’s a language barrier but the lady who took the order was very soft spoken i could barely here her and once I managed to get my order in she just hung up on me. There was no eta and didn’t tell me how much
Atmosphere: the floors looked dirty and it smelled as if they’d spilled fish sauce
Cost: 18 dollars for egg rolls, and a pork, 1 egg and rice combo is crazy, but it is what it is
Taste: literally everything was over cooked. I only ate it because the meal was 18 dollars, definitely the last time i’d go to that place
I’m not the type to bash restaurant, even if it were mediocre i wouldn’t have said anything, but damn there was no effort into this at all

The menu here is small but kept very authentic. I always order the beef soup, which comes in three different sizes and spring rolls. We've coming here for years and it's always good and consistent.

Hue beef noodle soup and other food are very delicious and meet clean standards. The support staff is very cheerful and enthusiastic.
Food on but the rude young man kicking you out if you made it in 30 minutes before closing time. They should have a sign saying don’t dine in one hour before closing very RUDE they will call you bad names in Vietnamese!

I got the largest size of Bun Bo Huế and I couldn’t finish it. Plenty of noodles and toppings. Definitely a must try when you visit Houston. The soup was very flavorful, you can actually see the spices on the top layer of the soup, when they bring it out.

Absolutely terrible food,to start out, they didn't give us a menu, once we finally ordered then the egg rolls were cold ,then the food was warm ,the tea tasted like burned tire the lettuce tasted like soap, nobody came to see if we needed anything else (thank god)and then i saw all the workers sitting at one table on their phones (all of them ) so that's why nobody came, it has never hurt so much to pay for food than at this place, they don't know what they're doing in the kitchen ,so safe to say I will never again be going back to this place.

If I’m in the area, I will always stop by for their Bun Bo Hue. It’s one of my favorite spots in Houston because the soup has so much depth of flavor. The staff is always friendly, and the food never disappoints!
