First time trying this establishment and I’m more than impressed! From the initial welcome, to the scrumptious burgers and fries, the employees handing out the food and inquiring on if you needed condiments and even offered to grab them! The customer service was a 10/10 and I WILL be returning. The food definitely hit the spot.

Burger Bodega had the best smash burger I have ever tasted, and I have tried (too) many smash burgers. Couple this with the awesome interior design and vibes and this is easily one of my favorite burger places of all time.
If you ask for loaded fries and you don’t like spicy food, make sure to ask them to make it less spicy than normal though. My fries were super spicy.

Double smash burger is of high quality. Only real smash burger establishments use potato buns and this burger slaps especially with the potato to the meaty fat ratio. Taste like elite status fast food burger. Appreciate that it’s halal and only feedback is that I wish they were a bigger venue so that it’s less crammed during the weekends.

Good burgers, fries, and vibes! Everything came out fresh and flavored at a reasonable price. The Harlem aioli was so good if you like a little spice, I recommend getting a cup on the side to dip your fries in. The Vietnamese shake was a nice treat as well but not a strong coffee flavor.

Cannot recommend this place enough. They have 3 things on the menu and each one is phenomenal. Smash burgers, chopped cheese sandwiches, & shakes. They. Don’t. Miss.
Really cool building. Parking might be around the corner, but it’s no problem. Expect a line, but it moves quick. Inside is really cool. They have upstairs seating, too. Best burger in Houston. Washington Ave is the best!!

You must be looking at the reviews to decide if you should go to burger bodega. I can’t believe you have not been here. The spicy chop cheese is bomb diggity. Throw on some of that garlic aioli, and now you are in heaven. Burgers slap. French fries slap. Just go.
