This would easily be a 5 star review if it were solely based on the staff. This group of people is so friendly and welcoming. They try extremely hard to prepare all of the meals correctly, despite sone of the rude patrons and heavy homeless population, both of which are out of their control. I have been more than happy with my experience with the food. Vastly improved.

Thay don't open at 5:30 on the door it says 6 and they didn't open tell 6:10 my wife need something to eat before she passed out and I walk there from the hospital to only stand around for 40 minutes when there supposed to be

The lady whose the manager needs some sensitivity training. The lady whom took my order was nice. But then the manager with the headset on got the coffe and she was rude in giving me extra sugar. I’m diabetic and need sugar. I feel being in the med center they shouldn’t have staff not be rude. But she rolled her eyes at me. The same to the black lady behind me. And then three differ t hispanic customers came by and she was extra polite to them. She even handed out the whole sugar tray to one of them. I feel like I was discriminated against . I think the owners should do something about this. The location down on 288 is better than this location. Even being in the bad part of town. So that tells you. Please hire racially sensitive people. Service was slow. Sugar had extreme lumps in it like it had restroom water dripping in it. And overall a bad experience. The gentle man doing the floors inside. Threw and plaster water around while doing the floors. Very unhigienic. I’m sure the health department is also one of these folks. And that’s how they’ve been getting away with it.

They gave me cold coffee, I asked to change it to a soft drink, they charged me a dollar more, the chicken sandwich tasted horrible, I like Burger King, I always go to the one close to my house, today I was walking around Donwtow and I decided to eat there, terrible food and service
The workers are very friendly but they always seem understaffed so expect to wait if you go inside. This area is a homeless hangout so expect a little harassment visiting any business here.

I ordered the Candied Bacon Combo. The taste was great not too sweet in my opinion. The bacon was crunchy. The fries could have had more salt and been fresher. I receive my order in a timely manner and would recommend this specific Burger King to anyone wanting to try something new with burgers.
