I was on a work trip and got covid (for the first time) mid-trip. I was so fricking annoyed, so damn sick, and now I am going to be stuck in this room. We had a serious issue with our “room service” and how and what we received. Speaking to Barri, the new manager, she worked hard and went out of her way to make things right. This hotel has come a long way. We have stayed here several times and this time has been the nicest. The customer service has improved, valet has also improved their service, and the front desk is striving for improvements too (they are working on it). My favorite place to have lunch during the week. Highly recommended. Turkey and cheese is my absolute favorite. The bread is DELICIOUS. Hope to see to them expand towards Webster and Pearland.
