The homeless people begging for every and anything in the drive thru is scary sometimes. And if the lady in drive thru actually allows to to place an order before cutting you off - but if you manage to avoid with of these, it's your standard subpar fast food restaurant.

Saying 24 hours but the system is down is crazy
This evening, I just got an Oreo shake from Burger King. The drive-through associate was very rude. She tried to rush every order I had. I wasn’t even finished completing my order before she said is that all at all she closed the window on me did not give me a receipt. I have to drive back to get a duplicate receipt. She was a young lady African-American lady Around 11:00 PM on a Sunday evening with red dreadlocks in our head long fake acrylic nails and was very rude. Her service definitely could’ve been an improvement and she’s definitely bringing your store value down. I will not be returning to this Burger King anytime soon. I definitely would not Send out a referral and I will be spreading the word cause word-of-mouth is everything.

Employees play and take to long. They'll see you looking your watch and start laughing. Start talking in Spanish and take a long time with your order. Then tell you they are out off what you ordered and it needs to be cooked. Mind you. I've been there 10 min watching then serve hash browns to the drive through. And I was there before then. I had the only ticket. Then 4. 3 tickets after me. Finished before mine. Saturday 9/21 /24 @ 9am AND I DIDN'T GET MY ORDER OR MONEY.

The lady at the window tonight 8/8/24 is extremely rude and inconsiderate she won't look at you, I couldn't hear her and she didn't even care to speak up! Extremely unprofessional and just not ok! I ask for things and she won't even respond to anything! Bad customer her name she says is Dacy!

Onestly this place is so dirty employees don’t clean the tables all tables are nasty dirty please be more clean please we pay for food you shut clean the place better
There was a girl that worked at the cashier stand that refused service to me after I asked to use her restroom because my hands were covered in gas. She was unbelievably rude and nasty to an older woman who tried to help me. Sometimes emergencies happen and I understand policy, but my hands were dripping in gas and it was for safety reasons. Employees should be able to differentiate. I ended up having to rinse my hands in the drink station so honestly I’d recommend sanitizing that

Luis, the manager and Vero, was wonderful! My food was prepared just the way I specified, and it was good and hot! I will be back to this location
