I just had a $60 order and was very disappointed in my order today. I ordered a double cheeseburger with no onions. I end up with onions and jalapeños that I didn’t ask for. the other two whoppers are cold. I didn’t see the happy spirit that I would normally see. I live literally around the corner from this location. $60 is a lot to spend for a cold and totally wrong order.

Tried to order food and the lil girl with the red locs made me repeat myself 6 times I get to the window she act as if im an uninvited guest there asking for spare change. I got my food which was diplorable inedible uncooked meat n hard fries no receipt. She needs to be retrained or TERMINATED immediately

Stop here on July 15 2025 a little between 7:30pm -8pm. Every time I come to this Burger King they always have my French fries hot in my burger still be warm hot when I get home. This is the only Burger King that's close to me. They food always hot and fresh. I appreciate that. The new Burger King on Airport road and the one on Scott near the beltway 8 their food don't be hot like this

They keep fixing their mistakes!

You tell them they're being pushy, they say what is necessary.

You tell them the food is small, they get bigger tortillas.

You complain about the speed, and they help you skip the line.

Placed an order 20-30+ min ago and the store tells me they aren’t taking orders, store proceeds to then tell me I have to contact customer support for a refund. A huge NO, franchise own burgerking. 1 of the worst fast food chains in the entire houston region
