The drive thru server attitude was horrible. Got upset when I asked to remove an item from my order and refuse to speak to me on the intercom. Drove to the window and she asked me what I wanted?! I told her what I wanted, she rolled her eyes and walked off. Haven't been back since.

Went through the drive thru. The woman taking my order was rude and apparently they were out of everything i asked for so i just left. This was not the first time they've been rude but this is the last. Will definitely not be visiting this location again.

Stopped to get Bite of lunch and agroup of young men, entered before us. One of the young men kindly held the door open so that me and my handicapped husband and I could go in. I thanked him for his kindness, and then he asked if I could give him money for food. I apologise but said no, i don't have any extra. The entire time i was there, him and his buddies kept making comments that they were starving and telling each other how long it had been since they ate. The young man that opened the door approached us, and this time he asked if we had extra food cause he was hungry. I was truly uncomfortable the entire time I was there. I won't go back to that location.

I want to start with the The Terrible manager Service! and the employees very rudes specially Her. She always in a bad mood and super super rude with customers. I dont know why they put her as a manager. Im really disappointed of this store. I want to go to another one but this is the only one near by my house. Horrible service!

The service sucks, I threw a lot of money in the garbage, I went with my 7 year old and they mistreated him, I also saw how they yelled at someone in a wheelchair, the food was all oily and overheated, there was a cook picking his nose and kept preparing the food without washing his hands, that place is disgusting, don't go by its appearance, I wasted about 100 dollars in this place, there is too much noise and you can't talk in peace, it took me almost 2 hours to get a table, I definitely don't recommend this place
It was OK.. but beware, I got a batch of fries, with some spoiled potatoes, ooh it was sooo nasty (the taste), BK, step it up.. you're gonna get somebody sick..!!
