5:50 am, nobody in the store, and yet I waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru for a DoorDash order. On top of that, the woman who served me was rude. Terrible service!

Service is terrible there . Took them awhile to notice me there standing in front,i can see the look at me but choose to ignored me. Finally took my order.but lady has a attitude. I Order 2 kids meals there, Ask for ketchup and BBQ they she told me they ran . If she the manger there they need to let her go . Very rude

Over stuff bag and it fell and the lady got upset and said she can’t replace the fries even though everything fell out including the burgers i didn’t ask for a remake of the burger cause it had the wrap on it she got a attitude started talking to an employee I think she was the manger but in Spanish just because of my color I’m black. I guess she didn’t think I heard her rude and racial connotations it’s ok I’ll never spend a dime at this location 8:15 drivers thur 11/30 /2025 some one need to talk to her about customer service and about calling people out there name over a split bag that they over filled

This place is absolute trash. I went to order and first of all they took over 45 min just to make a simple burger. The time I’m not really much complaining it’s the food that was given to me because it looked so sloppy and super messy it looked like it came from world war 2. So they remade it and still manage to mess up. I needed to use the restroom and they had a token lock on the doors. So for me to use the restroom I had to go to the front counter. After walking into the restroom I gagged so hard it was the worst restroom I ever walked into. I told the guy that the restroom needs a deep clean and he kept blaming the homeless people

Good location 👌 especially for those that work nights. Drive thru is open 24/7. Food always taste good and fresh. Never have had to call to dispute and order. Staff is friendly and quick. Overall a great location for the franchise.

Bad-looking people in front of the establishment, another sleeping on a table, dirty tables, dirty floor, it feels like a rather unpleasant atmosphere.

This is the most disgusting, filthy bathroom I have ever seen in my life and they have the audacity to put a sign that it’s for paying customers only.
Just witness a worker drop a cup on the floor and proceed to fill it and give to customer. It was an older lady with grey hair which I believe to be a manager.

Whopper has gone down 👇. Not sure if it's because they are on sale sometimes or what. The nicest person works there overnight at the window. I don't know her but she was patient and smiled the whole time
