They don't understand what your ordered.
This morning I order 3 breakfast platters no drinks. She asked pancakes. I said platters yes. Still give me just the f****** pancakes. I said platters 5 freaking times. They can't hear and they are rude. Hire someone that understand what the customer is saying. I told her I want my money back. She just gave me the food.
Should have gone to McDonald's. At least they got orders right. 🤬🤬😡😡

employees think they own this filthy establishment. I'm going to call the Health Department. There's no reason for BK to treat a guest with such sarcasm.
