Went through the drive tru at 1am since they’re clearly open.. no one greets me at parlor, I drive around to the window nobody is there .. I knock and wait for about 5 minutes thinking okay maybe they went to the bathroom, I decide to go do a lap around and as come from behind building the worker is OUTSIDE IN HIS CAR SMOKING POT. He sees my car and immediately runs back inside putting his headset on. I didn’t even care to go back around I went to Taco Bell next door instead!! Employee was inside a red car with stickers all over. PLEASE FIRE HIM

Went inside around 10pm, was almost knocked over by an employee running outside on his phone. Walked in to see the lady making burgers wearing no gloves and had rings on. She was scratching her face and continued making burgers. Turned around and went to Whataburger instead. So glad I didn’t go through the drive-thru or I wouldn’t have seen that. Hygiene keeps your customers safe!!

Went through the drive thru today at around 1:00pm 5/19/25 on my lunch break, the lady at the drive through window needs a better attitude and needs to pay more attention when someone is ordering. My order was incorrect, and I had to wait a long time to get my burger redone, turns out they ended up giving me the same burger back they obviously just took the stuff off that I didn’t want on it. Very disappointing smh. I’ve been to this location a few times and noticed they are always out of stuff, very poor management.

They are slower than a closed DMV, your food will dry as lamber then they finally throw to your face.

This place is ridiculously slow. It took the drive thru over seven minutes just to acknowledge me. I’m one of two orders. Please retrain your employees to at least greet your patrons as they arrive. This is ridiculous.
