Came here yesterday 2:08pm & I ordered a Mozzarella fry 8pc & J/C Bite 8 pc both, the person working the drive thru was rather rude & rushing you to order & pay & my neighbor ordered before me so it was to separate order's I was trying to ask for marinara sauce which I didn't get also my neighbor wanted to purchase a drink but the rude worker slammed the window to get the order together I guess so since we was treated so rude she changed her mind about the drink, like it was cooked so well done all of the filling in the middle was gone smh like come on just make the food rite & treat others as you'd like to be treated😡😡🤬🤬🤬

Yes, I would like to make a complaint about Burger King on Richmond and Sam Houston. I had asked them to make me a chicken Junior with barbecue sauce and this was the first time the sandwich just didn’t even look right. I ordered the same thing when I come through that Burger King and this was one time that I went in through the dining hall. I told the lady at the register, make me two chicken juniors and with barbecue sauce and when I had said that they wasn’t any barbecue sauce. They were acting rude about it for no reason they was like oh next time Ask for barbecue sauce, but I told them that I did ask for barbecue sauce instead of just apologizing and being like, oh we didn’t hear you. I guess the manager was consisting that oh next time you ask for barbecue sauce cause the barbecue sauce doesn’t come with the chicken Junior like I already don’t know Talking to me like I am a child. I know what I asked for. He shouldn’t ask. Tell me to do something that I already did. I understand that she most likely didn’t hear me, but to insist that I didn’t ask when I did it very rude and very belittling. I am a black male. Why should anybody treat me as if I done wrong when I didn’t? I did ask for barbecue sauce, but I shouldn’t be treated like a child when they were wrong in the first place. and to be honest the way they made the chicken sandwich today was unacceptable.
