Placed a mobile order and showed up 45 mins before closing on 1/19 The employees acted like they couldn’t find my order but took a picture from my phone and said they were working on it. After 25 mins of waiting the guy hands me a bag that was not my order. When I said this is not my order he said that they didn’t have anymore meat because they were about to close 🤦‍♂️not even mad that they wanted to deny service just mad they wasted my time with my hungry child in the car. We would have went to in and out but by the time they tell us they are denying service it was too late for anything good.

This location typically is pretty good but after tonight’s order unacceptable, my burger was cold, my onion rings were soggy but they claim it was fresh and then I watch the person making the drinks pour out one drink and attempted to pick back up the ice again from the ice tray

Order the original chicken sandwich with cheese and onion rings. They gave me chicken fingers instead of onion rings. And the cheese tasted like it was very old or extremely processed. Very bitter tasting

I hope MIGUEL isn’t in leadership. He has no patience and respect for guests. When I went through drive-thru I asked if there was any cheese on the whopper and he responded with “not on the one you’re getting” and then proceeded to ask what I wanted to drink INSTEAD OF asking if I’d like to add cheese or even suggest another with cheese. I told him I felt rushed since he moved on to the drink and he said, “do you want it or not” ok.. I get that this is a fast food joint but damn, it’s still YOUR JOB. And if he’s not in leadership, COACH your people. I gave 3 stars because I have had better service and I don’t want to take away from that. Food has also been mid.

Waited over thirty minutes just to watch a worker of the facility order.Their food and get in less than five minutes with the restaurant refusing to give a refund and calling the police on me.I will never come back to this location or recommend this to anybody ever.This location has some seriously major problems that hopefully, the manager or the owner will figure out one day

I visited this burger king a few times a month but lately the food and service have been really bad. But today was it for me. I was at the drive thru window the man asked me to hold on. He came back to the window and rudely said what do you want. I drove off.

December 11, 2025 — The Hispanic guy working the window this morning should be fired due to his attitude and work ethic. He does not speak well with customers, did not get the order right, and it seems his coworkers are also annoyed by his presence. A person with this attitude should be placed in the back, if even considered to remain on the team, and not interacting with customers, as it damages the restaurant’s reputation and creates bad experiences that make clients want to avoid this place. Thank you
