De Hoang Duy is a culinary gem! The Shrimp Spring Rolls were fresh and flavorful, and the Mango Lemonade was a perfect blend of sweet and tangy. The Goat Hot Pot and Stew were both tender and delicious, with rich, complex flavors. I arrived around 9:57 PM, I needed a chicken soup for my mom who was sick and just left the hospital, and the staff was kind enough to make it despite the place closing very soon. That this restaurant is open until later than others helped a lot.The soup itself was a nice Vietnamese style chicken soup with rice noodles, mint, and other veggies on top of chicken meat. Very nice.

We waited for our food a little longer than at other Vietnamese restaurants, but our host was attentive and very nice. The food was tasty. We really appreciated the soup size option for children, half the price of a large bowl.
