It’s 11 PM and we came through the drive-through only to be told that they are closed and not taking any more orders for the night and that they have to work until 2 AM so they stopped early.

When I say they give old food to people who get it delivered I'm not lying. We just ordered about an hour ago & they gave us old hard floor denting fries & rock nuggets. Just unacceptable. You suppose cook food how you would like to eat it... guess thinking about others is a no go. It didn't used to be that way but this location & Dairy Ashford are in the same boat now.

I will never eat at this particular location again. The Supervisor on duty, a blue haired woman by the named of Vanessa has some sort attitude problem. I requested a refund since it was taking too long for my order despite being the only one at 9:38am on a Sunday ordering 2 sausage egg and cheese croissants in the drive thru. I was met with some sort of displeasure by the supervisor when I requested a refund, afterwards I asked for the number of the corporate office which in turn was led with a hand gesture pointing to some area of the window which i could not see the number clearly. She refused to give me the number verbally or even write it down for me just pointing at some area on the window. She claimed to be the manager yet was hesitant to give me her name for my complaint. Very disappointed in the quality of service over something so simple.

Union rings too brown, cooking oil not change regularly, some is so hard like a rock , most of this BK around Houston , which including fry chicken breast or Fish sandwich hard , couldn't enjoyed when buy from BK the chicken stick the same , at least dumb old cooking oil and clean every 3 weeks so the frying food is fresh . Customer don't wanted to paid and couldn't seat down enjoyed the foods that customer buy , but burn dark brown so bad that bread crumbs fall of and fry food tasted bidders, I don't thinks this employees don't wanted other people's cook them food the same way like they cook for , customers come in and can't enjoy the food either , also organized the whopper in a proper way , customer don't want to bite the whopper and condiments dripping mustard and mayonnaise even before you can bite it , sometimes McDonald's, but mostly BK it the most guilty of preparation the foods , it so lousy worker unorganized business, this employees need to straight their act together because BK and Popeyes business is doing really bad as of now NOT McDonald

They are always messing up my order, just today I had to drive back because they didn’t add bacon to my burger, only ordered two items. This shouldn’t be hard to fulfill… the burger is $4! So of course I’m annoyed by this. After getting my order corrected I don’t even get an apology, just the sandwich I paid for and traffic back home to deal with.

How this location stay in business boggles the mind. Service is bad, employees are rude and disrespectful to "paying their salary" customers. Then there is the food - it looks like it has just been thrown together hap harzardly. There is no pride or quality in the assembly or presentation of anything you order. If you do not like your job ... quit. You are jeopardizing other employees that may need this job to support a family or school.

Assessment wise; this location has deteriorated from what it was. The food tastes like the broiler isn't cleaned nightly as it should be, the fries taste like the oil is over filtered past it's use. And current management appears to only hire people of known associates. This place needs evaluation if it's to be up to standard again. And the phone is NEVER answered, that speaks volumes.

Very bad experience. The ladies who are there today, January 3, 2024 at 11 in the morning, working, treated me extremely poorly and were disrespectful. Very rude and disrespectful.
