Union rings too brown, cooking oil not change regularly, some is so hard like a rock , most of this BK around Houston , which including fry chicken breast or Fish sandwich hard , couldn't enjoyed when buy from BK the chicken stick the same , at least dumb old cooking oil and clean every 3 weeks so the frying food is fresh . Customer don't wanted to paid and couldn't seat down enjoyed the foods that customer buy , but burn dark brown so bad that bread crumbs fall of and fry food...read full review

They are always messing up my order, just today I had to drive back because they didn’t add bacon to my burger, only ordered two items. This shouldn’t be hard to fulfill… the burger is $4! So of course I’m annoyed by this. After getting my order corrected I don’t even get an apology, just the sandwich I paid for and traffic back home to deal with.

So do the employees not wear hats or hair nets ik the ladies up front are front counter workers but you guys handle the fries at least wear gloves or put on a hair net yall handle the food anyways so yall need to have these
