The location in Cypress has gone down hill. Staff is always rude and up charges without asking.
If I could give negative stars I would. 20 minute wait for 2 5 piece tender meals and six biscuits. I asked for extra blackened ranch sauce and got 4 total. I would use that much by myself. The food wasn't all that good either. I would drive to another location if I were you.
