It was slow but the lady was very nice and the Texas double whopper was amazing even though it's stupid that I got charged an additional 75 cents to substitute onion rings which is nowhere stated in the board or the app. But overall pretty good

I order Uber eats burger was not what I ordered I ordered meal my drink was missing I tried calling about 10 times no one answered phone.i will not order no more didn't get what I paid for.

Food is not made or kept fresh. The chocolate chip cookies almost always taste like they warmed up stale cookies in the microwave.

I came to drive thru ordered the new brisket whooper.😡I was so disappointed with the order I asked for a cup of water and I was told that I had to buy a cup of water. They drive thru guy gave me order but no receipt.I had to ask for my receipt.( That was a red flag for me )Then I get my order checked my order no brisket. I go back tell Mrs Gina Management about the order show her she tells me it is brisket on it ,she take the burger peel the cheese back and she tells me see there is the brisket. All I saw was bar b que sauce. I ask for my refund and before I can get out the door.She tells a fellow employee Jim or whatever his name is that we have to make up $8.97. Now I see why they charge the customer for water because there stealing . I use to be a manager for this very store when it was Ghramdale many years back.This making up money is automatically termination. But I guess they don't care anymore 😔 they are stealing
from the customer all kinds of ways.As well as false advertising.that is not fair for us that spend our hard earned money for food and to get cheated out of product that we pay for. You try to contact corporate and you get no help at all. I will not go there anymore I take my business to another location.😡

Night lady at drive through has horrible disrespectful attitude after I decided not to order from location I drove off just to see other customers ready too kick her ass for same reason
She gives the location a bad look and for it to be night staff she could be a liability for safety.
Plus the menu display was broken

This my favorite place to eat and spend a quiet time the treatment is friendly and I like the attention received every time I come comfortable fresh, hot, nice music to the ear the manager of the afternoon is a super friendly person and that makes me return.
