We came here because it was close to the BT hospital and we wanted something warm for our friend who's in the hospital. We order a #9 original chicken, this is the WORST Burger King I have ever been to. There was no one inside the restaurant so we took the drive thru and it took us 30 minutes and my husband had to get down to get the food and they still didn't have it ready. The worst. I call this laziness.
Managers or owner y'all need to check on this place.

The guy at the window was coughing from what sounded like being sick and not wearing a mask. People who handle food should, at the very minimum, wear a mask when they’re sick to avoid contaminating the food they’re giving out to us customers … with their germs. Yuck!

I ordered a double whopper meal. They converted it into a Big Texan or something that has bacon. When I went in to complain, the manager said they would make me another sandwich.
But after 24 minutes when they still hadn't made my sandwich I got the message.
Rather than get into an argument, I left without getting any food! I ended up paying $14 for a small fries and medium coke!!!
