Happy hour is lit. Chill vibe. Only one bartender so Services is slow. Drinks are worth the wait.
I would give it 5 stars, but I ordered the same drink within 15 minutes apart and was charged two different prices for the same drink. The bartender charged me 20.00 for two drinks and the other lady charged 15.00, it was still during happy hour, then my cousin got the same drink 30 minutes later which was the same price as the second bartender. Dreams Bar And Lounge in Houston offers a down south feel with good drinks at a good price. This black-owned establishment provides a great time with attentive bartenders and on-point music. The cozy spot has a cool vibe, with good drinks and music, and recent remodeling. The atmosphere is nice, whether inside or on the patio. The establishment has a certain exclusivity that adds to its charm.
This is a 30-35++ type of place for the grown. It's not a teeny bopper place. The bar offers great Friday Happy Hour specials from 2 pm until 9 pm, with a reverse Happy Hour at midnight. There are 2 Live DJs, awesome bartenders and waitstaff, no cover, and a full kitchen. Parking is available in different lots, with a parking attendant to assist.
