Great TexMex. Drinks could use a little bit more alcohol but the food is sooo good it makes up for it! Everything on the menu is good, like literally everything. Something for everyone, even kids! We had a Birthday party here and had a blast!

Christmas Day, opened at 4, the older manager than was acting as a host was a bit rude to guests and not very nice to the staff. Never heard anything positive from him to the staff, just grumpy and probably should not be a manager. We love Cadillac but some folks are just not meant to manage others.

Our 1st time to this particular Cadillac Bar. We finally made it. Good time. Service good. Authentic Mexican staff nice. We enjoyed the pitcher of Margarita. The fajitas were very good too. We like Landry's restaurants too. We noticed Saltgrass next door too. Anyway we had a nice Sunday afternoon at the Cadillac Bar.
Food was excellent as always along with outstanding service. Our waiter did an outstanding job. Cadillac Bar is our favorite Mexican food restaurant and is always consistently great!

Had Birthday party for my wife in the Laredo room had plenty of room for 60 people. Food was excellent beef and chicken fajitas with rice and beans. The wait staff was very attentive ready to help with any needs.
