The Redfish DelMar was very over cooked. I have had this item previously and it was prepared perfectly. Unfortunately this should not have left the kitchen. Service and everything else was great.

This is always a great Houston Tex-mex spot. The drinks were really good, and they were able to accommodate my family as a last minute reservation. The food had some inconsistencies with the chips seemed like they were maybe fried in old oil , and the chicken on some of my families tacos were not that great. Other than that, I highly recommend their happy hour & their brunch. I wish they could extend the brunch to 3/4pm like most places in Houston!

We were seated right away and our server was quick to our table. The queso blanco was not my jam, but the cheese enchiladas, beef enchiladas, mojitos, and green sauce were on point.

Went to here for my sonâs bday on Saturday and he didnât eat his food! Those enchiladas were bland and nasty! The sizzling fajitas were dry! Iâd say fire the chef! Cadillac Bar definitely has changed and I will not be back! My waiter was great tho!

Our server was pleasant, I but think the overall staff was overwhelmed with the number of customers on Christmas evening making for unusually long gaps between being seated, placing a cocktail order, getting the drinks and finally getting food 45 minutes after getting a table. Street tacos were excellent, and while the Cadillac Margarita was good, it was not exceptional. But many thanks for being open on the holiday!!!!

20+ years ago, I would often attend the Cadillac Bar. The ambience was great. The food servers were attentive. There was always a large crowd, so crowded that sometimes you had to squeeze in between customers to try to find a place to stand or sit. This past Saturday, we had our company Christmas dinner party there. I was so disappointed with everything, especially the food servers. When the person who was in charge of the company party started placing food orders, he was told âthe kitchen is going to hate you guysâ. Which he found rude and set the tone of how the night was going to go. The food was cold. I, personally, had to order my drink several times from different food servers and even remind them. Other co-workers also had difficulties in receiving their order and it seemed the food servers had a bad attitude with us. One co-worker arrived later at around 9:00 and promptly placed an order to enjoy her meal with the rest of us only to be told the kitchen workers are going to be upset. She ordered her meal to go instead. The order wasnât even placed until the servers were reminded. She couldnât even get her full order because the kitchen was closed, but we were charged for the full order. We also placed a good order of beverages when asked for our final order and most of those werenât placed because they were forgotten as well. Since the establishment closes at 10:00, we felt rushed to leave. We had our dinner there last year in the middle dining room and the service was amazing, which is why we chose to do it there again this year. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointed.

Not sure whatâs happened to this place. Really gone down hill. Slow service, bad/weak drinks, mediocre food, empty on a Friday. This place used to be hoppin on a weekend. Not worth the price anymore. Staff seemed so sparse and passive.
This place is a Houston institution/landmark. Have been coming here for 30 years. Food's good - the ceviche was a generous portion and was well presented. I associate it with good times with co-workers and friends.

Visited for the first time and really enjoyed it! The atmosphere was great and the food was fresh. We had an amazing waiter named Eddie and he was so attentive and kind. I will definitely be back!
