This is a very down to earth restaurant. We went on a Saturday night in March and it was pretty quiet. The staff are very polite and provide excellent service. The spare ribs are well seasoned. I recommend the sweet chipotle sauce if you like sauce with your meat. The brisket is well smoked and tender.We tried several sides. The corn with cream is pretty good. Wow I’m surprised it’s pretty good here! I ordered the block chopped brisket and the st.louis spare ribs. Price is high like any other bbq. But it comes with good sauce, pickles, jalapeños, and onions. Will be back to try more stuff on the menu.

Man food was SO good, affordable and nice customer service! I wish i took pictures of the food. I had ribs, brisket and jalapeño and cheese sausage with spicy corn, cabbage and jalapeño corn bread. I should have put hot sauce on my corn to give it a kick. The corn was fresh, and obviously not frozen or canned and moderately sweet.
