Amazing place to eat mexican food...

I had a disappointing experience at this establishment. There were about 15 people waiting in line, and rather than offering updates or assistance, a member of upper management abruptly shouted to the crowd, “We’re not seating anyone, so just go.” It felt very unprofessional and dismissive.

Unfortunately, the waitstaff wasn’t much better most of the servers didn’t acknowledge waiting guests, and interactions felt rushed or impatient. One staff member in particular, a woman with dreadlocks, appeared visibly frustrated, raising her voice at guests and turning them away before closing time. She often walked off mid-conversation, which came across as rude and dismissive.

Oscar was the bartender, a kind and attentive man. He provided excellent service at the bar and really stood out for his professionalism and patience qualities.He was the only one kind to everyone

Our waitress… i think Nayeshia. She was great. Super friendly and took great care of us. Food was pretty good. Chicken fajita nachos. Good drinks as well.

The food was delicious. Way better than most airports. I had the BEST chicken soup in my life!!!

They need more servers. Sat at the host‘s desk for 10 minutes didn't get acknowledged then scanned the priority code. SQR code got on a way to watch five other people just jump right in front of me. When I finally get up there, she sees me and takes another 15 minutes to get any kind of drinks or service When the guy finally gets there. He tells me to go ahead and order online. It would be faster.

I’ve eaten at a ton of airport restaurants and never expect much. This place was actually really good! My server Maria was very friendly and the food and beers came out very prompt. I had the chicken enchiladas and they were bomb.

Should have read the reviews before going. $23 for a standard size margarita that is 40% simple syrup. Skinny margarita is the same price but is diluted with club soda. Awful. Side of refried beans was $3.50 and I would order again. Unless all other adult beverage establishments are closed then I will not return.

This isn’t because of the bartender. The bartender was amazing This is because of a mean unhappy woman named Ivy. I was on my second beer, I’ve enjoyed a great menu item as I am on my way to Europe. So I had a significant layover. I told the bartender I was going to step aside and get something out of my carry-on to put into my briefcase and Ivy went nuts. She immediately confronted me in a very bullish manner and said nope we are getting ready to mop and you cannot do that here. The bartender even said he’s just gonna organize his bag for two seconds and she said nope and told me to take my seat back at the bar. She was so over the top the Bartender offered to go get his manager for me to discuss. He was on my side and I’m sorry I didn’t get his name but he doubled his tip. Mind you this place was about 27% full. And the place she was gonna mop during the high traffic hour was the window seats looking out over the airport runway. This woman was as mean as they come. I wouldn’t hire her to serve popcorn at a high school football game for fear she’d be rude to the kids. 100% unacceptable.

Waited 40 minutes for nachos. When our food finally arrived, the waitress dropped the tray and we ended up with food all over our shoes and backpacks. She scrapped the food and broken plate into a pile and then left it on the floor. We got a replacement order 5 minutes later (complimentary, which we appreciated), and she picked up the food and broken plate. But she never mopped the floor, so we had to be careful not to step in greasy residue as we left. The nachos are great, but they don't make up for lousy service.

It is urgent to communicate with you, I only asked about the VIP issue, they passed my card but I marked consumption in the end I did not enter

On December 28, 2024 around 11:00 AM, the lady who served me, after passing the card confirming having access with the Visa Platinum membership and making us go to the restaurant already seated, sent another lady to tell us that she was sorry, but she had I had to pay to consume, I asked whoever attended me to tell me because I saw perfectly when he confirmed the card and never showed his face, there were three more ladies trying to cover it, in the end we were able to consume, but it was a very unpleasant moment. I recommend being careful when handling your credit card.
