Horrible from the start😡 The service was worst I have ever experienced. The waitress, Ms Markeisha, I do not believe she is in the ‘right line of work’. Not very polite! Your place looks very appealing’outside’ but inside the operations are of serious concern! Was given a plastic fork to my Grandson, I got up, went to the Bar, and got my own silverware. I was never asked if I would like another beer. The food order was wrong, etc…

Online terms guarantee priority pass entrance. But on site they decline members with specific credit cards (as of today Chase/Amex/VentureX are not supported)
Nice bait and switch

Not guest friendly
TERRIBLE SERVICE! Came to grab something to eat before my flight, bartender started I had to sit at a table to be serviced and not ONE server came to greet me. I waited for 15 minutes and they weren’t busy. I watched patrons come in, be seated and serviced. NEVER AGAIN!

Amazing and friendly staff, and great margaritas!! I accidentally spilled my drink before I could even enjoy it and without hesitation or shame made me a new one. Best experience I’ve ever had.

Tastes like Taco Bell. Loud, echoing atmosphere. Small portions for price. Slow service.

Food was decent. The bartender wasn’t very friendly. Also, didn’t mention that the Priority Pass card reader wasn’t working till I was about to pass.

My husband tried to get something to-go. It took over 35 minutes to get his order, and then it was wrong (covered in onions, which he requested no onions). Our plane was about to board so he asked for his money back. The restaurant did not appear to be busy so it did not make sense for a take out order to take so long.

Ran in for a quick bite in Terminal A and my Burrito was sooooo good & well worth the price. I definitely had to get a to-go box which was perfect. I had the rest when I got to my destination. Thank you so so much. Whenever traveling in IAH again, we will definitely stop in again. Our server was also friendly and we didn't have to wait to long for our food. However complimentary chips and salsa would have been nice. But it's the airport. So I get it.

My server was kind, but I ended up not staying because they don’t accept Priority Pass through BILT. Their signage has not been updated to reflect this yet!

If you like $20+ margaritas, and old queso this is your place. The margarita was good, all 10 oz

My service was great. She was on point. I was told her name but it slipped my mind. Excellent service from her on Monday afternoon the 13th. Food was very good as well. Cheese enchiladas she even mentioned she was going to take off the chili gravy & add different since I'm a veg. Pls thank her again from me.
The service from start to finish was underwhelming. The hostess was on her phone the entire time we were here. The server gave us our check within 10 minutes of getting our food and drinks, which took longer than seemingly needed considering the restaurant was not filled or busy. The chips and salsa with queso was underwhelming (paid $24 for what most restaurants give you for free). We also found what appears to be a thread of plastic in our chips. If you're in IAH Terminal A, pick a different place to eat or drink.
