Stopped by Café Express in Memorial City for a little midday adventure in “healthy-but-happy” eating. The service? Faster than I could scroll the menu. I went with the salmon entrée — tender, balanced, and quietly confident in its flavor (though it whispered, “a pinch more seasoning, please!”). First time coming here! The owner was very attentive to my needs and answered all my food questions. I got the yams and chicken burger and a drink and meat pie. I definitely recommend coming here to try the food!
