Firstly, the packaging. Could not stop humming the line from "My Favorite Things" from "The Sound of Music" - "...brown paper packages tied up with strings...". Delightful packaging. Secondly, the food. After lunch, staff shared how much they liked their food. One person was so impressed with her salad, we talked at length about lettuces! Thirdly, the people. The two people I spoke with on the phone, the person who delivered- all were so kind. I placed a last minute order, and true to your word, we got it two hours later. The receipt was sent electronically. When it bounced back undelivered, someone called me and we were on the phone until I received a copy. Above and beyond expectation!

I've ordered from Casa's Catering on several occasions and I'm never disappointed. Their boxed lunches are plentiful and tasty, and their salads are always fresh. Their employees are professional and helpful when placing orders. I'll continue to order from Casa's and highly recommend them.

Mr. Flood's company catered an event I attended and I was amazed at the selection of varied items! There were two different shrimp items, mini BBQ sandwiches, prosciutto wrapped asparagus spears, empanadas, cheeses, spreads, grilled vegetables, puff pastry envelopes, rice dish, mushroom caps, yummy cream cheese somethings!, and even more I never got to sample and can't recall to name! Everything was absolutely delicious, and I was still thinking of how good everything was this morning. So here I am giving Compleat Cuisine a 5-Star rating! Great job! Thank you!

After our company's usual "go-to" catering place forgot about our large order, we were lost as to where we should order from last minute. Lucky for us, Matt Boykin came to our rescue! We fell in LOVE with this place. They are now our "go-to" people for our "in office/out office" meetings. Great prices, AWESOME food, professional display (not just thrown in an ugly tin pan), always on time, and the delivery person always delivers/sets up the food with a smile! They catered an inservice that I attended and the boxed sandwich lunch was delicious! The pecan chicken salad sandwich was great, the fruit cup was fresh and crisp, but the Italian pasta salad was divine. It was the best I have ever had!

My Boss's boss was having a small get together with a handful of couples. After outweighing our catering options we selected this place because of its delicious menu dish selections. We went with the green- chile artichoke dip, beef and chicken brochettes with a side of Roasted potatoes, the lasagna beef & sausage, and of course a dozen of brownies :) The event was such a success we added CompleatCuisine to our directory. As someone who places a lot of catering orders, Compleat Cuisine is a reliable company that I have learned to lean on because of their excellent customer service and great food. With the exception of a couple of hiccups that we dealt with quickly, the entire process is seamless. Placing orders is tricky only because they have so many great choices! No matter what you choose though, your group will enjoy it. Compleat Cuisine really goes above and beyond on everything: from the delivery, to wrapping the box lunches with care (sandwiches are individually wrapped inside the box lunches), to helping with the setup when the food is delivered, to the easy billing process. Invoices are emailed when the order is placed and receipts are emailed when your credit card is charged, which makes it easier to process one's expense report. These guys know what they are doing and food is amazing. If it is in your budget on your next catering order, please try the flank steak with chimichurri sauce (my coworkers still talk about this one) and the stuffed chicken Florentine but trust me any choice you make is a good one. Personally, I'm a big fan of their lasagna, garlic bread and watermelon tea. I could order this bundle every single time.
