Good experience, I arrived 1 hour late due to a accident. No questions were asked, checked me in and asked me to park beside the guard shack. There for maybe 15 mins and they came over and told me what dock to back into.
You have to unhook from your trailer and bobtail around the building to park.
I do wish the receiving office was located else where, it's pretty noisy inside and I had trouble hearing them talk.
All and all, good place!

To all BROKERS and DRIVERS! Take pictures before docking!!!! Delivered flowers. Took pictures of load before sealing door and after opening them (check for yourself) and they damaged three boxes… EDIT: go and ask the receiver for pictures! They were able to proof me that it was the shipper! Super nice guys and helped me with everything I needed to not get blamed for it! Arrived at 6AM docked at 6:03 AM and left at 8:50 AM

This was a fresh chicken delivery. At the shipper, you can check in for parking 1 day in advance after 8:00 PM.
The driver checked in at 5:00 AM and was assigned a door at 6:00 AM. Lumper payment of $135 was made via EFS. The trailer was empty by approximately 8:30 AM, and the POD was received.
The unloading was both early and fast. Thank you to the team.

Unloaded quickly and actually tried to help me make it to my last stop in time. The gs lady and the guy at the receiving window was really nice and so were some of the workers in the warehouse. It's nice going to a place with a good vibe. Their lumper fee was much lower than most. Only $75 for 6 pallets (I had just paid over $200 for 8 pallets elsewhere). I would definitely return here.

Guard here was very rude and acted annoyed for having to answer questions. I’ll tell you this, because of him I’m only rating one star. He’d see things in a whole different light from a drivers point of view and everything we deal with. First time at this location and I am not impressed. Why do you get a job that deals with drivers all day if you hate dealing with drivers? Anyway, hopefully the rest of the process goes better

This place only gets 2 stars for the appropriate amount of time to unload half of my truck. I parked on the street at 1am for a 6am appointment and I get woken up by a really rude guy banging on my truck asking when my appt time was. I told him 6 and he goes on to yell at me for parking in the street which MIND YOU is the correct place to park for overnights. Some people just take their job way too seriously.
