We ordered two classic Philly cheesesteak combo meals with cheddar cheese and onions, but unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The flavor was bland, missing the bold taste you’d expect from a proper cheesesteak. The meat didn’t seem fresh, and the overall presentation lacked appeal.

I was in a rush and famished. The young lady took my order and was very polite and courteous.
The price was normal for todays standards. Let me say what a friendly staff as I waited for my order. By the way the sandwich was delicious along with the lemonade. This charming man was satisfied. I will go back again. Thank you for the excellent service.

I recently visited Charlie's at the Memorial Mall food court, and I was seriously impressed! The speed and service were excellent—my order was taken and prepared quickly without sacrificing quality. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Definitely one of the better food court spots when you're in a rush but still want something tasty.
