I ordered the philly cheese steak and the give me chicken. He was rushing me to order. I don't like it and won't go back again. And no they didn't have a line. I am a assistant manager and that service was horrible.

I like Charleys Philly Cheesesteaks. Got the app, excellent Philly Cheesesteak with added vegetable and pickle twist. I ordered a Philly OLD SCHOOL to take home to try, and I wish I hadn't. The wife said it was too salty. She was right. Much too salty when I ate my half. I don't know what the nature of the Old School Philly should be like, but I suspect that whiz sauce was the culprit. I suspect the steak itself may have been over seasoned along with.I'll stick with the provolone next time. Old School Philly at Charleys, never again. TOO SALTY!

Philly cheesesteak wasn't bad but wasn't the best. It could have had more mushrooms and bell peppers. It also had mayo, lettuce and tomatoes which a lot of Philly cheesesteaks don't have. There was also a sliced kosher pickle on top. The strawberry lemonade seemed to be a top seller.

This place should be shutdown and investigated. My mother, wife and I got food poisoning and currently still paying for it.I had food poisoning before but this was different, this was at a whole different level. It kinda makes me wonder if they maliciously did something to our food since they seemed very annoyed with us.
