I’m a frequent flyer at Quotes and absolutely love the food and vibe!!! Today (Sunday 2.25) they had only one bartender during their brunch!!!! It took over 30 minutes to be acknowledged, an hour for our drink, another 20 minutes to place an order … I saw the manager and just stopped him to express my concern!!! His response was shocking!!! Basically, it is what it is, I’m short staff and you have a choice to stay or not! I was so disappointed that he as a customer service...read full review
