Very slow and does not provide sleeve for hot coffee. You have to request.
Coffee is great here, but, I ordered one of those iced protein caramel matcha drinks, and I asked the barista to put only a little bit of ice, over emphasizing the word little. And we still get 3/4 of a cup of ice in there. So we paid for a big cup of ice and only a little bit of Starbucks drink that was only good for a couple of gulps of flavor.
