Ordered thru the app, went to pick it up got told to wait out front and I proceeded to sit there for like 25 minutes for ONE BURGER and they weren’t busy at all I was the only person, gonna just be getting a refund the service is extremely slow I
If I could give an half star or even no star I would me and my family ordered and had a complaint about the food so we went in to let the general manager know for training purposes the general manager male was extremely rude clapping in our faces and yelling at us for coming in HIS store to file a complaint he snatched the food away from us and said I will give u a refund which we weren’t even there for a refund and then he preceded to only give me a half refund but honestly I’m scared to go back in and let him know that he was extremely rude

I really like the food. But, if you want to work for them. It takes weeks to get a callback or you have to keep going to see them. But, the manager was nice and kind to everyone of the customers or people that put in for a job. I always go get 6 or more pies.

At the speaker, the employee that took my order misunderstood what I was asking for. I live 25 minutes from the closet located to me. I didn't check my food in the bag at the window. By the time I made it home and got my food out, I realized it was incorrect. I called and let the manager know, Mr. Mark, and he kindly told me to come back and he would correct it. I let him know I live 25 minutes away and by the time I make it back there, you will be closed. Mr. Mark told me he had written my name down and to come the next time and ask for Mr. Mark if he was there or look for the note for "Haley"The only other thing they ever did wrong was forget the ice cream cone at the window, but I caught it fast.Great food and a very friendly staff!

Came in to get a meal, and the guys in the kitchen did not have on gloves. Per the hand box, they are not required to wear them. After mentioning that, I can see they young man put gloves on. The person I spoke with was amazing. Great customer service and professionalism in handling the question.

Manager was great! Employee trying to bring orders out and fix things needs training! Food was cold and not fresh, when they remade it, they pulled spread package patty out of a warmer and unwrapped the plastic and stuck it on the binBun... still cold not fresh. Got a refund!
