I have never felt so ignored and discriminated against at this establishment before until today. I have been a customer since they opened this restaurant and always been treated with respect and courtesy until today. We sat at the bar and everyone except us was acknowledged, provided complementary croissants, asked if they needed anything offered refills except us. When confronted he acknowledged my complaints and said I was right he didn’t offer us any of those things. I asked for my check did not tip because of the lack of service and disrespect. As I exited I let the hostess know and called the manager over the phone she apologized and was offered better service the next time I come back but can’t say if I will come back anytime soon. But at this day and age no minority should make another minority of another race feel so disrespected like that.

We have been ordering take out from this cheddars for about 3 years now and when we first started it was amazing. Fast forward to now and the last three times we have ordered something wasn’t in the bag when we got home. This time though the chicken wasn’t fresh and our extra ranch we paid for was missing. It’s progressively gotten worse, we probably won’t continue to order here.

This place has changed for the worst i was there to celabrate a milestone in my life.
I had to send food back to the kitchen for being under cook and the service was bad. Had to wait on simple thing like a drink. I had a group of 15 and they would not seat us at the same table and we had to wait to be seated until 10 of us showed up and we could not use the back room becase they don't provide servers for it. It was a truly eventful visit.

Yall played on that man top who fell through the door way…. He was having a mild heart attack and crew members were laughing at him… my manager and I were having dinner and we got up to help. Shame on yall

Since my mother-in-law invited me to eat here, it's now our favorite place. All the food is delicious, but my favorite is the New Orleans-style pasta. It has a blend of flavors combined with delicious shrimp. They should give this pasta more publicity. I'm one of those who choose a plate, when I see the photo. The best, food is delicious and without exaggerated prices.
