King to eat here with my 2-year-old son, our waiter was extremely rude he looked like he didn't even want to wait on us. Turn off the heater got order she disappeared no one ever came to check on us there were a bunch of waiters walking around waiting on other tables talking to customers but when he came to me and my son we were just sitting there nobody asked us how we were doing nobody asked us if we need anything extra I have to get the attention of another waiter just to ask for a drink. Then when my food did come out a different waiter brought it and just sat it on the table. I didn't see my initial waiter until it was time for the check he brought me the receipt and disappeared again.

Amazing food (heavenly croissants) and fast service even on a busy night. Edgar was an excellent server. Thanks for the half birthday cake - 40 in October. I celebrated my 21st at the cheddars in Lubbock, TX. Birthdays at Cheddars is tradition.

I decided to take my husband to lunch. When we walked in, there was no one to greet us. We waited for 3 minutes and finally a young lady came and seated us. The restaurant wasn't full at all. I watched a server pass by us a few times. Another couple was seated at a booth about 5 minutes later. A guy who we found out later was the manager who was taking a lady picture and was about to walk by us. My husband called him over, and we asked if he was the manager, and he said yes. We told him that we had been waiting for a while a server and that the couple who was seated 5 minutes after us was being waited on. He apologized and said that he would get someone for us. He walked away and spoke with a young guy. We waited for another minute for someone to take our order. At that point, we decided to leave. As we were walking out, I could see the manager still talking to the guy. I'm not sure if it was a race thing or not, but a waiter or the hostess should have acknowledged us sitting there. The hostess should have apologized for her not being at her post, but she was more concerned about letting us know that she was able to see the partial eclipse. Due to this experience, I will never visit this location again.
Great value for the money when ordering catered family meals. The family enjoyed chicken tenders, grilled salmon, mashed potatoes, red beans and rice, seasoned rice, corn, and broccoli cheese casserole, and buttered croissants. All food was fresh, hot, and look appeasing. All the sauces, condiments, and plasticwear were placed in a separate bag. The cashier explained everything about the order and provided an itemized receipt. Looking forward to ordering more family meals in the future.
