This location is not it. They don’t accept Chick-fil-A loyalty program (??) and also don’t have any ice-cream/milkshakes. This is a poor franchise location.Their service is fast. But that’s it.Also the atmosphere around is not very pleasant or well decorated (not even on a usual Chick-fil-A standard)Even the food didn’t taste as usual from other locations..

Found the store closed at 2 pm. Very frustrated to finally get to the store in the building. And have the security tell me the placd was closed.Wheelchair accessibility: Was not able to get to the store for lunch in my wheelchair. Plus the elevators were difficult to find.

Love the food but they really need to update their times. There’s been so many times I’ve walked here on my break thinking I still had an hour to get food just for them to already be “closed”. I get it, we all hate the last second walk ups but a whole 30-60min early?

When I ask for my receipt I expect to get it right then and there. I’m so mad at this location I came early before lunch time- they took over 10 mins to have my meal ready when I was the only one in line. They gave me the nuggets soaked in grease. Like Wth is this? Not even my cats want it!

This is the first time I've ever been disappointed by a Chick-fil-A. The location doesn't support Chick-fil-A One, so you can't order ahead using the app, and you can't earn or redeem points. This is annoying. Why do this?? My nuggets were really greasy and had double the usual amount of breadcrumb. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Go to another location where you can use the app, earn points and get tasty food.

They switch my order with my friend order but the Burgers are good better than MacDonald I'll say the place in under the city so they have tunnels underground which are connected to various places in city and there are so many options for shopping and to try food you must

I'm not too please with this Chick-fil-A. They don't participate in the rewards program so you can't earn points or order ahead of time at this location. Alot of us non-salary people working in downtown don't have the time to stand around and wait for our order to be made. They say because they will be slammed with orders but look around the food court. Starbucks, Which Which and the others running with fewer staff is able to take online orders with no issue. The last time I came here, I had to repeat my order a few times. I started ordering and the girl working behind the register decided it was more important to jump into a conversation then let me finish my really small order. When I went to repeat my order again, she stood there with a drink cup in her hand and said "Wait...I'm sorry my mind is all over the place can you repeat that again" while her friend was giggling. Never the less they skimp you on condiments here. You can say "May I have a few ranch packets" and they only provide you with one. Always be sure to check your chicken here as well, I have gotten a few undercooked pieces before. I love eating Chick-fil-A but I will skip this location
Always getting orders incorrect, lines are unecesarily too long, incompetent workers. Ordered a deluxe #1 with pepperjack cheese instead of american. My sandwich had both cheeses and i hate american on my sandwich. Ordered an unsweet tea and received a sweet tea. How hard is it to make a correct order when you only have a handful of options anyway?

Payed for parking just to access the underground tunnel around 3:45 pm. Unfortunately a fire alarm goes off and everyone is forced to evacuate. As the workers return at 4:00 PM i was met at the entrance buy Rosie who claimed to be the store manager stating they were closed and have been closing for the last year at 4:00 PM. It clearly states this location closes at 5:00 PM and after attempting to show it to Rosie the manager she gave no care in the world.

Not a traditional Chick Fill A. This location is in an office food court. They do not have the entire full menu of a traditional location you cannot order ahead with the APP or collect points with your receipt. Food quality is good although slightly more expensive than a traditional location.
