I really liked this Chick-fil-A when it first opened but now their main focus is trying to get customers out fast. Their food quality has diminished tremendously. I’ve had several little incidents here and there. Also, they started serving HALF an egg in the cobb salads. Smh

The customer service from the workers was immaculate. In particular one of the outside cashiers. I missed his name but I think it started with a G. He made a good impression and was a delight this morning. The food was great as well. Hope you're able to see it for yourself and show love to your hard workers.

Had such an awkward experience today. Well, usually it's very weird. Employees waiving at me smiling, but in a very strange way. Kinda like a weird cult movie. Not bashing on the employees. I'm sure they're told to act like that. But today at the drive thru, employee bombarding me with questions while I was waiting for my food. How was your day, how was the rodeo, how was Easter. On and on. Felt like an interrogation. The more she asked, the more anxious I got. I couldn't care less about going on about my life because they're obviously told to create small talk. But I cannot go on with a stranger. I'm just trying to get my food. Did not want to be rude, so kept on and on with the interrogation. I blame these awkward interactions on management. It's not the first time. Makes me want to avoid this Chik-Fil-A altogether cause it was just too awkward. Even my passenger started getting annoyed by the ongoing forced small talk. Was going to roll up my window to end it. It was so bad. To management: I would like to pick up my food in peace without the constant barrage of forced small talk. Your employees are strangers to me. I know they don't really care about my day and I don't care to share how my day is going. Would appreciate it if u just let your employees act like normal human beings. I prefer rudeness over what I experienced. I'll likely avoid your location in the future to avoid that intense awkwardness I felt. The more she asked the more awkward things got. And no disrespect to the employee. I'm sure they're told to do that since it happens every time I visit. Today was just the worst since I had to wait longer than usual.

I called spoke to the manager Jenifer she had suggested to bring back the milkshake to get it replaced upon arriving I wasn’t getting help didn’t get a apology from either the employees or the manager I even heard the employee say is this even legit like hello yes it is cuz it’s on the seam worst customer service I don’t recommend coming back

I love their service and hospitality! I went through the drive thru, and I was greeted with beautiful smiles and waves from everyone! I loved the young lady that was talking to me her name was Monse. I seriously love their team! Everyone is so nice and friendly ❤️

Ordered dinner here tonight for my family and spent over $70.. The service here was super poor worse than I have ever experienced before.
The staff on the microphone were completely unprofessional, laughing and giggling throughout my whole ordering process. Completely not paying attention to the customer and what I needed. I received my food and did a survey which I placed my concerns of worry. Went back through the driveway to redeem my survey coupon and was met with hostility from the managing staff. Refusing to give me fresh fries. Insisted that I show my receipt in order to prove that I recently ordered the fries. Filled with so much attitude and says this was by far my worst experience with the company. There were also homeless people sitting outside of the property, making it unsafe for customers. I would like to be contacted in regards of the inhumane services I received.

Service here has been on the decline for a while.. they have gotten my order wrong multiple times now! They need to get the basics right! very upsetting! I suggest everyone doublechecks their order before leaving the drive through! It doesn't matter if you hold up the line they need to be held accountable.
