Every time I come I order through the app. How hard is it to put the sauce in the bag. If I order 3, then put 3. I also order for my business and sometimes order for meetings and still get a few sauces for over 10 people. 3 sauces for 10 people make that make sense. 🤦♂️ . Do better

First Thank you Sherlyn I am not sure if that’s how you write her name but was awesome. I have been in deferent states and had stop to at chick-fil-A . I have to say this is the best customer service I have ever received ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️speciallly I was there with my kids and meeting a friend. We were there almost 3 hours and no one rush us to leave and kids have fun in the playground too. She went beyond expectations and she for sure deserved a Christmas bonus hopefully they do that . That’s is the type of customer service I love. I told his manager she was great . You are awesome and thanks for been patient and providing a wonderful customer service. I wish the other employees can learn to be like her. specially the one close to my area in cypress not the best one for sure customer service bad bad

I’ve been to a lot of Chick-Fil-a’s in my life and their service and food are amazing but I never leave a review because that’s just not something I do. This location however greats every person when they walk in and have the best attitude every single time. The food was brought out to me AS I WAS SITTING DOWN. They constantly make sure your drinks are filled up and that you have everything you need. I have been to private room dinners at 5 star restaurants where the meal cost in the thousands and the service at those restaurants still wasn’t as good as this Chick-fil-A. Absolutely blown away! Keep it up!

Monday Sept 23,2024 I bought a Cobb salad for lunch right after I was half way eating it just started to fill sick a hour later I was vomiting etc I was food poisoning had to go to urgent care and get treated 3 days of sickness I will not return to this location. I will report this location as well.
