So this is the second time they served me blue water without flavor instead of powerade like they don’t know when they are running out of syrup in their sodas ,I was trying to make a survey but they didn’t give me my receipt I guess you don’t get a receipt if you order online ! Never go back to this location!!

Evidently the food is not fresh at all times, I came in and asked for extra crispy nuggets and tenders, they said they can’t do it.. my question is why if that’s the customers request? That explains the reason for soft nuggets and tenders when you order. I’m advising y’all to check out what I’m telling you. We need to petition this restaurant. Every other restaurant does extra crispy or made to order meals. I’m very disappointed about this situation.

The service is amazing here. I know all Chickfilas have good service but the service here is on another level. The food is also great and the atmosphere is great for kids. Loved it. I would drive from my house in Katy all the way here again for the experience!!!! It’s also very clean

The cashier Samantha messed up my order keep in mind she repeated my order but when I went up to get it at drive thru it said spicy sandwich on the receipt something completely different than what she had told me. She was busy talking to her coworker and took a while taking our order.
