Needs to focus on expected quality of food. This new location makes me miss the Chick-fil-A in terminal B sooo much because they paid attention to details and focused on satisfaction vs just getting people subpar food as quickly as possible. Understandable it's new but hopefully they get their act together soon (especially for those who work here and pay more since it's inside the airport): fries sitting under the heat lamp too long to compensate for the rush crowds(ask for fresh fries or make sure they don't give you the fries sitting under the heat lamp- this is a big deal because when done right their fries are delicious), order grilled nuggets(and says it on your receipt) but get fried nuggets instead (check order before exiting security and if it comes out too fast you know it's not grilled), no utensils when order salad or side other than fries(again check your order). Cashiers have always been friendly and willing to find out if they have an item or not and that is appreciated. Construction going on which is not their fault but no one likes to smell paint while earing.

Both cashier and person handing out food were very rude. I waited for a long time and lady admitted to handing my food to someone else claiming she called out my name. Guy that got my food ordered right after me. she never called my name.

Worst service I’ve had from chick-fil-A. I asked what time they opened and instantly received attitude from the worker. She told me 4:15am and it was 4:02am so I walked away and I look over and they turned the registers on and started serving people at 4:07am. I walked back over to wait in line and they hold the line up to talk to some customers. As this was happening the people behind me start to yell at the workers because they were holding the line up. Definitely felt as if I was not welcomed to eat here. Never will come again.

This place definitely needs renovation. The place is all dark, the ceiling is too low. You feel you are eating inside a cave. The employees need to feel more joy when in contact with the customer. Not a good atmosphere at all.
