The only Chick Fi La I have ever been to that has bad customer service. No “my pleasure”, No greeting, No acknowledgement to online order customers;(or I should say none to POC maybe… just an observation), granted this is in a “food court” but still no good customer service & that is what the franchise is known for. I would recommend just ordering through app and doing pickup, they are quick with that I guess & it involves the least interaction.

First of all I have over 3000 reward points that I could not use because they are not a franchise. That was disappointing, I ordered a simple veggie wrap with avocado ranch dressing and medium fries. It took a while for me to get my order. I could not understand why it took so long. The wraps are in the refrigerator already made. When I did make it back to the office. Which is not far away, my fries was cold and when I was eating my dry wrap. I was chewing on something that just didn’t feel right. Pulled it out my mouth and it was paper. I had to look down to see if I bit off some of the wrap paper, but I didn’t it was well embedded inside the lettuce. And they did not put my dressing in the bag. Which was probably best because of it being so dry I probably would not have noticed the paper in it.

The food is done quick & mostly fresh when you order online but the staff Darcy or Darby(Manager) specifically is rude lady & they act like they are the scared of POC. They will look at you, no greeting, no “do you have order” just stare at you until you say your picking up an order as if the sign your standing under does not say pickup orders. I work near & come here often if not everyday & their attitudes never seem to change especially with my Demographic. Do Better.

Third time trying Chick-fil-A. I have never had their food that was good enough to make me want to return. This is the first one I have gotten good food. I got a chicken sandwich and fries which was fresh and tasted good and was worth returning for. The service was very slow, but we were there at lunch time so that is to be expected.

The stand-out about this particular Chic-Fil-A is the location. Located in the Galleria in Houston! That in itself makes it awesome. I truly believe the Galleria is awesome!!!

Place was packed and seemed like there was not the customary Chick-Fil-A organization for dispatching customers/orders. Food was great as well.
This is the best chick fil a I’ve ever been to. Angel is an absolute wizard with his customer service. That guy 100% needs a raise. What a tremendous asset.

Chick Fil A knows how to handle crowds, but this location took it to a whole other level. We visited during the FIRST world championships, and they were handling whole teams of 10+ coming through their line with astonishing efficiency.I took portions of our team there three days in a row, and they ran through our orders rapidly, and then brought our food out light ing fast.Only one of those three days did we have a minor error with our order, and it was corrected immediately and with no fuss.Hugely grateful to the employees for keeping our team fed!
